OXMAS LEADERSHIP TEAM - 2024/26
OXMAS Community congratulates the new office bearers for the next term of office from 2024 to 2025. During its recent Easter/Vishu celeberations when the AGM was held, its new energetic leadership team was elected to lead the vibrant organisation in to the next term. Santhosh Joseph becoming its Patron, Binoy Varghese its new President, Biju Mathew as its Secretory, and Pradeep Augustine as the new treasurer.
OXMAS members take this occassion to wish each executive leadership team member all the best as they take the every vibrant organiation in to the next term.
OXMA'S GOVERNANCE ARRANGEMENTS
OXMAS CONSTITUTION
Oxmas functions as a non-profit organisation in the UK and has a full fledged working constitution in place. The Constitution is approved by its General Body and ratified by its Exec Committee. It is regularly reviewed and renewed as per its governance compliance requirements.
OXMAS GOVERNANCE POLICIES/PROCEDURES
OXAMAS takes GOVERNANCE requirements seriously. Oxmas as a non-profit cultural association has approved governance policies in place. All policies have been to its various stages of approval by its General Body/Exec Body as per requirements.
Data Protection Act 2018/General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Oxmas is committed to comply with Data Protection requirements as and when it processes individual's personal data. It has approved Data Protection Policies/Procedures in place to manage processing of others personal data as per the UK legislative requirements.
